Prices
We believe our prices are very competitive, and are among the cheapest in the country. We have on this page our flying and membership prices. There are certain types of membership at our club, which are Full Flying, Student, Country and Social. Each membership is valid for one year, or until the end of April, when memberships have to be renewed (initial memberships prorated part year). Our flying charges are also very good value. The prices are as follows:
MEMBERSHIP AND RENTS - 1st May 2010
Full flying membership
This is the only class of membership which allows solo flying. Syndicate members who wish to fly must hold full flying membership. Club members may not fly if any fees due are outstanding.
Adult annual £ 250 / year
Includes complimentary social membership for immediate family/partners.
Country annual £ 160 / year
Resident over 70 miles from Crowland.
Includes complimentary social membership for immediate family/partners
Junior annual
Does not include complimentary social memberships
Up to the age of 19 £ 50 / year
Age 19 to age 25 £ 125 / year
Cadet (Post selection valid to third solo flight) £20 / year
Non reciprocal daily +£10.00/day
Only available to members of other non reciprocal clubs.
Limited flying membership
No solo flying is permitted in this class of membership.
Two month instructional £ Free
Only available through the purchase of a voucher or an air experience flight.
Commences on the day of the first flight.
Does not allow the introduction of weekend members.
Does not include complimentary social membership.
Is not transferable to another person.
Daily +£ 5.00 / day
Family and friends, (including social members), introduced by a full flying member. Limited to 6 number per year.
Social and Modeller membership £ 50.00 / year
Pro rata rates are available for new members only, not returning or lapsed members
RENTALS
Trailer rent £ 70 / year
Caravan rent £ 70 / year
Main hangar(s) rent £ 325 / year
Jodel hangar rent £ 790 / year
Marchetti hangar rent £ 520 / year
Black hangar rent per glider £ 125 / year
Bocian syndicate in main hanger(s) £320 per aircraft plus trailer £70. If aircraft are assembled the trailer cannot be in the hanger. If one of the aircraft is on the trailer then it can be in the hanger.
Caravan electricity supply. £2.00 / day
No caravan may be on mains electricity supply when unoccupied on site.
