We believe our prices are very competitive, and are among the cheapest in the country. We have on this page our flying and membership prices. There are certain types of membership at our club, which are Full Flying, Student, Country and Social.  Each membership is valid for one year, or until the end of April, when memberships have to be renewed (initial memberships prorated part year).  Our flying charges are also very good value.  The prices are as follows:

Membership Fees

Flying Membership = £230  (additional, non-solo family members may be added for £10)
Country Membership (over 70nm) = £150
Junior Membership = £115 (up to and including the age of 24)
Student Membership = £50 (in full time education up to the age of 21)
Social Membership = £50

Trailer Rent = £70

Trial Lessons

2000ft Trial Lesson = £70
3000ft Trial Lesson = £85  
Mile High Flight        = £115
Introduction to Gliding (3 trial lessons) = £175

All Trial Lessons include 2 months membership

Flying Evenings = £60 (per person)

Flying Charges

2000ft Aerotow = £21 (then 60p per 100ft)
(20% reduction on 2nd launch on any given day)

                Pirat:             15p per min (Astir, Pirat)
               (no glider charges before 11 a.m.)
