Group Gliding Evenings - Summer season 2011
Between May and September we conduct group flying evenings which are extremely popular with S Sports & Social Clubs, Businesses offering staff entertainment/motivational events etc. This is an ideal way to entertain your members or reward your staff with a different and stimulating event which they will remember for years to come and may even introduce them to a new sporting activity.
Each member of your group will be given a trial gliding lesson of approximately 20 minutes. During the flight they will be offered the opportunity to take control of the aircraft and may even be lucky enough to find a ‘thermal’ and gently soar up high into the evening sky. Afterwards a certificate and two months membership of the club will be awarded to commemorate the flight.
We have a licensed bar and comfortable clubhouse facilities so that everyone can enjoy a drink and discuss the evenings flying together. We will be delighted if you bring along your family and friends .The club is situated at Postland Airfield on the old A1073 between Crowland and Spalding . The Club is affiliated with the British Gliding Association and all instruction is given by fully trained B.G.A instructors.
We operate a fleet of well maintained modern licensed , two seat, dual control high performance Aircraft, which offer both safety and comfort.
We are happy to offer a 20% discount off our normal Trial Lesson fee for groups of eight or more.
